I just had my very first massage ever with Katie and needless to say, I have already rebooked with her. She was so kind and explained everything before we started to make sure I was comfortable. The atmosphere was so welcoming and I'm so glad I found this place. Thank you Katie!

Dry needling with Dr.Ann gave me instant relief from an 8 hour migraine. Mine typically last 12-16 and up to 48 hours hours so needless to save I was thrilled and relieved. So many muscles that have been stiff for years loosened up to a degree that seems unreal after only my first session. I’m writing this review the next day and the muscles still feel exceptionally loose compared to what I’m used to. Can’t say enough good things about this treatment. Tabetha May did an amazing job stretching me. I had horrible pain in my hip and had pain bearing weight on my right leg. After my stretch therapy I was able to walk up the steps again!!! Will definitely see her again.
