Our washing machine stopped working over the weekend. After googling possible fixes, we were not able to get the washer to work properly. I called Scott and Sons to schedule repairs. After some research, Jeff called back with a possible fix. After applying Jeff's advice, the washer began working. We appreciated Jeff's help and would HIGHLY recommend Scott and Sons.

Called Jeff about an issue with my oven. He described what he thought the issue might be over the phone. I purchased the replacement part and fixed it myself. He could have easily made a service call and charged me for the part and repair. I appreciate Jeff’s honesty and not taking advantage of the situation to make money. I highly recommend them.

Mr.Jeff was awesome and very professional. I called in asking for some advice on how to repair my fridge that was acting up and he was very helpful and willing to talk me through it over the phone and helped me save a bunch of money!
