A Clean Sweep team led by Josh responded to a flooded basement at my parents’ house, who were out of town at the time. They worked fast and did an unbelievable job getting the water out, clearing belongings so they’d stay dry, and getting the basement floors dry. They also worked late and on weekends, which I really appreciated. The moisture would have been a nightmare with mold allergies in the family but I was shocked at how quickly things were dry again. They were excellent communicators and were very helpful working directly with the insurance company. I can’t recommend them enough.Services: Water removal

Adam, Jimmy, and Luke were an absolute pleasure to work with. Talk about treating their job seriously and professionally. They were that and then some. They came in and checked the moisture levels from my basement as well as dried out the areas where I had a leak from my HVAC unit. They were willing to answer any and all my questions, as well as explain the issue with my insurance company. I would definitely work with them in the future as well as recommend them to anyone I know that is in need of their services to their home.Services: Mold inspection

We had a sewage backup in our basement and it was a mess. I called at 7:30pm and they were there at 9:30pm. Excellent customer service. Rob took the time to answer all my questions, and I’m sure I asked the same questions twice, but he was polite and very kind. They explained everything they were going to do and explained it so I understood. They were there til the wee hours of the morning.They respected all our belongings and took great care of everything.. I truly don’t know what I would have done if it wasn’t for them.
