My experience at the Westminster office was exceptional. The staff customer service skills were very professional, Ortho Doctor was phenomenal he along with his tech was so caring and made sure I left the office happy and satisfied with my retainer. In addition I must praise the office manager Alexis who is very patient, understanding, caring when it comes to your concerns. They say a good staff starts with good leadership. This office definitely get my seal of approval!

The dentist had me a tooth extract the sooner the X-ray was taken. Very professional, cautious, reasonably patient , good listener , and most importantly caring and passionate about his job. I felt I was been given 1st class treatment right from the point I enter Dental One Associates.Please keep it up.

I have always received excellent care here. The staff is always very friendly.The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it has only been a few times that we have been able to get our 6 month checkups on time. Usually it is at least 7 months between and once it was over a year.Overall I am satisfied with the service and would recommend them to others.
