I said I was very disappointed in their service and said thank you, but I would go elsewhere. I was then told that was not possible without a penalty fee for the services they provided. I said I would seek legal assistance and they suddenly changed their mind. My money was refunded. How unprofessional. I don't think they are in business any longer.“

The frames were limited on which could have sunglasses and clear so the ones I wanted for sunglass and clear had opposite options.
