“I scheduled my eye exam for Thursday afternoon and received a reminder phone call on Wednesday which is always nice seeing we have very busy lives and sometimes forget about appointments. I arrived at the office (a little small but it is part of the Leesburg Costco Store) I was greeted professionally and told that they would be right with me as she was finishing up the previous appointment. The receptionist performed some initial checks (The don’t tell you that a puff of air is going to hit your eye, always a shock) and then Dr. Trang greeted me for the rest of the exam. She was very pleasant and professional. The exam included all the necessary checks and after discussing my concerns with night vision slipping a little from my previous prescription, she suggested to increase my new prescription slightly. I would highly recommend Premier Optometric Services for your eye exam. They were very professional and efficient on conducting my eye exam.“

“Very pleasant staff here. I'd like to say thank you, for an honest and thorough eye check up. Yes us cavemen take a bit more effort, but I'm glad you got my bald shaggy tail in the chair. Great job scheduling, and also a welcoming office. Some eye places have been "polarizing," but this is a friendly spot. I like this and that, you don't have to go through the annoying eye dilation. Yes your eyes will get a puff of air, but suck it up buttercup, as this teddy bear survived the experience. It's important to get your eyes checked. For macular degeneration, cancers, and a host of other issues. Oh vision, see I missed that one. As a male becoming a slightly more mature buck, at least by age, there's some vision decline. Thankfully the one thing I care about most works, but will be getting eye glasses soon from here. They have a good selection, and take a number of insurance plans. Appreciate the staff here, and glad to know my eyes still work relatively well.“
“I am giving 4 star for the lady who is usually there most of the time cause she was very kind to me and processing my order,but when I came to pick up today my glasses there was this uncle who is bald did not looked respecting me where he was just trying to get rid of me...asap like there is a rush and there were barely two of us..I asked him what colour is my glasses where without even checking the order he said grey and he looks like in a bit of rush...and then he called the other curly hair woman who started sounding to me being rushy too and little bad in tone the way she was talking...don't know why they were behaving like that ..had to just say bye to them and picked my glasses...well good luck to these guys attitude keep it up.“

She has a great bedside manner and has been open to trying different options for my dry eyes. She explains things so I can understand them, and she is cognicent of medicines that may or may not be covered by insurance.Several of the employees speak Spanish and English, so I have seen a versatile group of patients.
