Before discovering Renee's class, I was unable to fully straighten or bend my left knee. Even something as mundane as bending my knee enough to get my leg into a pair of pants was painful. I had been going to physical therapy, which tends to focus more on strengthening rather than reducing inflammation & balancing the muscle groups. As an active person, this knee pain was limiting & frustrating.Initially I was a little skeptical about the way the class was laid out, but I also figured what did I have to lose? Like so many other women, I had run the gamut of things to try to relieve the pain. I also liked the idea that I had an opportunity to learn something new, add new tools to my toolbox & take my care into my own hands. I suspended my visits to my physical therapist while I took Renee's class.After the first week I started noticing a difference in the way my knee felt, in a good way. As the weeks progressed, Renee continued to add more modalities regarding inflammation reduction, stretching, strength & mobility, using a holistic approach to address all parts of the body, not just the knee.After completing the 8-week course, I can now bend & straighten my knee. I went back to my physical therapist for an evaluation & to get some measurements. My range of motion & strength increased quite a bit. Heartened, I continued with Renee's exercise classes for a few more months. I walk, swim, hike, garden & even did a tree-climbing adventure for my birthday this summer. I am back to my active life & am able to address any problems with what I learned in Renee's class. It takes work & commitment, and it yielded positive results.

Dr. Chen has been so patient and helpful during my Invisalign treatment! A friend rec this practice, and I drive from VA bc it’s been so good.Not having had braces as a kid, I didn’t know what to expect with Invisalign as an adult. Dr. Chen and her team were super helpful at explaining the process and at a very competitive rate! Her calm demeanor and experienced staff are superb.
I rarely leave reviews but felt obligated because of the "above and beyond" service of this company, and specifically, of Elton. We unfortunately found ourselves with several HVAC and heating issues due to poor maintenance of a house we purchased. Elton has helped us several times coming to the house, installing a new A/C unit, repairing another old unit, evaluating our ducts, heating system installation recommendations. He is such an honest man, I cannot say enough good things. He has shown us time and again that he is professional, responsive, kind and his focus is clearly to help people. He does not take advantage of confused new homeowners. We cannot say that for other businesses we have come across. We are so grateful to him. He is also extremely knowledgeable. We had someone come out three times to look at why our thermostat wasn't working--and these people could not figure it out--he noted a wiring problem right away and fixed it. He is a gem of a person. Bobby and his son replaced the corroded siding on 8 dormers on my home and two on my garage. They also cleaned the existing vinyl siding. They did a fantastic job and completely transformed the look of my home.

I really like this place so far. I had to come here a few more time before making a review so I could give more feedback. First off don't let the outside appearance stray you away from this place because at first it did to me. My friend recommended this place and I thought it was odd because it's an actual house. Haha. But this house is converted into a full animal hospital, which is super cool. There is a parking lot that can hold about 8 vehicles only but I never had an issue with parking because they schedule their appointments good enough where it's never too busy. You do have to call them before entering as well. Just a heads up. The staff? Is fabulous! They are so nice! There is a lady over the phone name Jenn that is so nice and helpful! There is a tech named Marcus that handled my dog Eevee so well! They take pet insurance here as well. They will charge you first and then you submit the bill to your insurance company to get the credit back. I will definitely continue to come here. Their prices are reasonable as well. I compared them to other places around Montgomery County and they beat most of their pricing. Glad my dog is in good hands!
Had my pedicure and upper lip/eyebrow wax here. Had 2 technicians do them separately and they were amazing! They took their time, made sure I was comfortable and did exactly what I asked! Couldn’t recommend them enough! Will be coming here from now on!
