After a very disappointing attempt to buy glasses at the For Eyes in Bethesda, I went to the Germantown office. Really night and day in terms of customer service. Javid & Luis were helpful from the moment I walked in the door. Javid got everything input while I looked for frames and then he kept the prices and discounts straight when he did the measurements. Will definitely be coming here again.

This was my first time ever stepping into a glasses store because for 21 years I’ve had 20/20 vision… well until now anyways haha. This was the best experience and customer service I’ve ever gotten the two employees working today “ENZO, and “VAL” were amazing, very nice and had great personalities and peoples skills. They were able to help me choose the right frame for my face and obviously for looks. Such a good team !! Highly recommend. Prices were very reasonable

Honestly, the place was amazing. Great customer service, really good prices considering it's a glasses place, and they even fixed my current pair of glasses for me. Javid, the store manager, he's an amazing dude. If you need a good pair of reasonably priced glasses, definitely go here.
