I like the facility very much. Both the doctor and the nurse are very patient-friendly. Dr. Schermer is a wonderful ophthalmologist who did the inspection proficiently and communicated with a non-medical person like me very clearly and patiently.BTW, I read some previous review mentioning some insurance problems. Actually all the insurance issues were discussed when I was making the appointment, during which they even got my insurance numbers. Every patient should give the exact insurance number and make sure the office accept it.

My husband and I had appointments today at Germantown Vision Care Center, we were greeted warmly when we walked in, taken back on time and everything was explained to us by the doctors assistant. When with the doctor, he was professional and kind and extremely thorough.We are so happy we found this practice.

Grace at your office was very patient, encouraging, kind and knowledgeable when training my daughter on how to put and remove contact lenses. She even demonstrated with her own eye. Philipa, my daughter, said Grace was ‘really nice.’ Thank you again, Grace!Ama.
