“I cannot recommend this service enough. Rema is a master plumber who we hired to resolve leftover issues for a failed final inspection from a contractor. He installed a sump pump battery backup and fixed the sump pump drainage pipe outside to adhere to code requirements. His workmanship and professionalism is impeccable, and we've had no issues with our sump pump or drain pipes since they had been installed. Al initially answered all of my questions over the phone and was able to give me a quote with my provided measurements, photos, and info provided via text. He showed up on time, was extremely professional and respectful of my home (including wearing shoe covers). He was thoughtful in his approach and layout and left my home as tidy as he found it. While my initial interaction was amazing, what made me come write this review is how this business responded when I had an issue with my water heater. I recently had an issue where my water heater was not performing normally. I was concerned that they might not be as responsive because it is the middle of winter (busy season for heating repairs) and this was a follow up call (not new business). After leaving a message, they called me back the same day and made arrangements to come out and troubleshoot my heater. A different crew came out the second time, they were just as professional and courteous as the first. They wore shoe covers, left everything tidy, and most importantly were able to quickly figure out the issue and complete the repair at no additional cost to me. I cannot recommend them enough. This will be my go to for any hvac/water heater maintenance/repairs going forward.“

“I had an ongoing sewage backup in my outside basement stairwell since last December 2021. I had gotten three estimates; Mr Nelson's was very reasonable. My plumbing problem was that the sewage pipe is galvanized and had deteriorated. It was the original pipe of my 1949 row home, and the main problem with the pipe extended into the recreation room of the basement. They were going to have to dig. My anxiety went through the roof; however, Mr Nelson diffused my fears and worked with me. He and his team explained the entire procedure, broke it down where I clearly understood, and also provided me a status with pictures. This company is very meticulous about their work, and they clean up and haul away excess debris and mud. I am very happy, and the sewage pipe and drain now work perfectly. Nelson will definitely be my plumbing first choice, and I highly recommend them.“

“Our AC stopped working during the heat wave and they responded within 20 minutes with an appointment for the next day on Saturday which we were grateful for. He was punctual, kind, and took the time to explain what he was and wasn't seeing. He figured out the issue was a dead pump and he replaced it quickly. He didn't try to upcharge me in any way and even explained why I didn't need to do more expensive work (I was worried about the fan motor noise, which resolved when he fixed the pump). Lastly, he was kind of enough to also replace an outdoor pipe that I asked about last minute, which saved me money on the diagnostic fee for having someone come out again. Overall amazing customer service and work, would hire again.“
