“Our 5-year old new townhome was having HVAC issues where condensation was forming on the ductwork and leaking into our basement ceiling. The humidity was intense and condensation was causing trip breakers and cooling issues. Jerry was super quick to reply to our inquiry and came out personally to inspect the issue. In under 30 minutes he was able to diagnose the issue, craft up a way ahead, and scheduled the maintenance to begin next day. In 2.5 days Jerry, Tito, Ronnie, and Jose dried out and properly insulated the ductwork, re-drywalled and painted, installed a dehumidifier, installed a UV light, conducted the seasonal maintenance, and at a very reasonable cost. Jerry and his team were an absolute delight to work with as they were friendly, efficient, polite, capable, and cleanly. “We moved into a new to us home about 5 months ago. Due to a serious issue with one of the furnaces, we had to replace it a couple of weeks ago. Today, with snow and ice expected in just a couple of hours, the brand new furnace shut down! We could not get a call back from the installers of this not only new, but quite expensive furnace. I saw a sticker with Sierra's name and number pasted above the furnace and I called. Of note is that this is a Sunday as well. Jim the owner, advised me that due to warranty issues I needed to get the service from the installing company, but he'd do his best to help me over the phone. After asking a variety of questions, he had me unplug the humidifier & get a Turkey Baster to drain the pump. He helped me find the rest switch and engage that after draining. We got the furnace working again at least until it could get serviced. Net...Jim did not make one dime on us but spent a good 45+ minutes on the phone w/me on two separate calls! What a great guy & great company!“
