Josh was very professional. Arrivedloaded down with all the equipmentneeded to get the job done. Aftertroubleshooting the problem, he advised me of the cause, a gasvalve. Josh told me one wouldbe ordered, and I would be notifiedonce received, to set up that servicecall. Josh advised me to vacuumout the furnace.See photo below
