Troy arrived on time, checked the unit and explained everything to me before he started the work. I haven't had any issues with my unit since he worked on it over 2 months ago. From the office administration staff to the service personnel I was extremely satisfied with the company's professionalism, customer service and helpfulness. All of my interactions were positive and the staff graciously answered all of my questions and earned my business. The service personnel answered a number of specific technical questions I had so that I knew exactly what I could expect on the service date. In addition, on the service date the technicians gave me, in addition executing the service, a wealth of in-depth knowledge about residential plumbing, HVAC and water systems. In fact, much of the information they generously offered extended far beyond the specific nature of the service call.
