“I cannot recommend this service enough. Rema is a master plumber who we hired to resolve leftover issues for a failed final inspection from a contractor. He installed a sump pump battery backup and fixed the sump pump drainage pipe outside to adhere to code requirements. His workmanship and professionalism is impeccable, and we've had no issues with our sump pump or drain pipes since they had been installed. “Called up Reign plumbing and spoke with Godwin to get a second opinion after receivinga quite frankly ridiculous quote from a different company. Godwin was able to diagnose the issue on the phone after sending over some pictures of the area and was able to quickly fit me into his schedule. He showed up right when he said he would to complete the work, didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary like the first company did, and passed on the savings when the needed parts ended up being cheaper than originally estimated. Godwin will be my first call for any other plumbing issues that come up“

“I highly recommend this business. I used them to replace the water heater in my home in NW DC. Al initially answered all of my questions over the phone and was able to give me a quote with my provided measurements, photos, and info provided via text. He showed up on time, was extremely professional and respectful of my home (including wearing shoe covers). He was thoughtful in his approach and layout and left my home as tidy as he found it. While my initial interaction was amazing, what made me come write this review is how this business responded when I had an issue with my water heater. I recently had an issue where my water heater was not performing normally. I was concerned that they might not be as responsive because it is the middle of winter (busy season for heating repairs) and this was a follow up call (not new business). After leaving a message, they called me back the same day and made arrangements to come out and troubleshoot my heater. A different crew came out the second time, they were just as professional and courteous as the first. They wore shoe covers, left everything tidy, and most importantly were able to quickly figure out the issue and complete the repair at no additional cost to me. I cannot recommend them enough. This will be my go to for any hvac/water heater maintenance/repairs going forward.“

“I'm very happy with the radiant heat Fred and Elvis (Elvis is awesome. friendly, knowledgeable and all around great guy) installed in my home.Before the radiant heat, I had a hot air blower system that I hated with a burning passion. I missed the radiators I had when I lived in DC. So this was a completely new system.We got a natural gas combination broiler system. It replaced the old gas hot water heater that I was planning to replace in the near future. Unfortunately, I only had enough money to do the basement and the 1st floor of the house (the 2nd floor has electric baseboard heaters), but there's room in the system to add radiators.I love the tankless system.Fred can be a little hard to get a hold of, for that I should make this 4 stars. Elvis, who has done most of the work, is like 6 stars of awesome, so it's 5 stars from me.“
