He quoted me a fair price and came out the very next day to do the work. Right away he put on shoe covers and laid out tarps to protect surfaces. There was a minor problem during installation when he realized a part was faulty. He came back the next day and finished the job. He stuck to his quote despite the extra work, and was very friendly and professional.
