We had to call Brownlee with an emergency on Saturday morning. They were so helpful and responsive! Their admin team was great, and the plumber who came out, Jermal, did a fabulous job. They were out to fix the issue within an hour. I highly recommend them.

I called Brownlee for a seemingly minor plumbing issue, and they ended up having to undertake a major, 6-week plumbing project at my house. After getting to know the crew and their work, I couldn’t recommend Brownlee highly enough. The owner, Jotis, was upfront about pricing, communicated clearly about the problems and possible solutions throughout the project, and took the time to speak with insurance companies and town inspectors on my behalf. The subcontractors he hired to complete repair work were all excellent and made the whole process seamless and affordable. I hope to never need a plumber again, but if I do, Brownlee will be the only company I call.

Once we coordinated schedules, the men came and completed the job without any issues. They removed both toilets and cleaned the area so it looks brand new. We’re satisfied with the workmanships.
