“I have used them 2 times to catch up on several plumbing issues. Slow Flushing toilet, kitchen sink clog, garbage disposal replacement, outside faucet replacement, Master shower thermostatic valve and copper pipe leaks (in the walls). Some of these projects were to repair poor workmanship by other large Plumbing companies. Every employee I interacted with was patient in listening to my concerns, engaged in troubleshooting the issues, knowledgeable about how to best to resolve the issue. I also like that I didn't have to pay for an estimate visit and then schedule a follow up for the repair. They came with the supplies they needed or was able to quickly get anything they needed that day to finish the job. Of note, the copper pipe repairs are beautiful. No splashed or messy soldering. I will have done .I found The Drain Guys after having an horrible experience with another business whose agent came and checked my pantry and storage as part of a plumbing inspection. Don't laugh!I am serious because even the report came up horrible saying" since you are not leaving anytime soon..." as I share my personal plan.Anyway the Drain Guys came and save my day, He was so professional, have net on his shoes, checking all fixtures, solve my sink issue and even give me advice.I recommend a 100%Thank you again“
