“Scott could not have been nicer or more patient with my Mother-in-law. She is a tough lady but she liked Scott! He walked her through each option and there was no pressure to purchase. No questions asked and were happy to help me find a better frame. Bob and Bill were great to work with. Also got my Rx in some old sunglasses and they helped with that. “My first appointment with Dr. Michael Cohn was a nice experience. The staff was welcoming and warm and very friendly. I was recommended from another friend to come here and she was right, the Dr is very nice and outgoing and friendly and does a good job examining your eyes and was very honest. I did not need a new prescription he told me I needed another pair of glasses to handle all the computer work I do and that my progressive lenses could not handled my situation any longer. The office is very clean and very sanitized every time you sit and put your face on something the staff makes sure it is clean. I have recommended my whole family to him. Great staff and like I said a good Doctor. I highly recommend this place.“

“This is my first time using Auburn Eye Center. The exam was comfortable and not rushed. The customer service was exemplary! I decided after wearing my glasses for a couple days I wanted them fitted a bit. They took me right in and 5 minutes later I was out the door. A few day later I regretted not getting transitional lenses. Again, they fit me right in and in no time I had my new lenses. I cannot say enough positive things about Auburn Eye Center.“
