I had been going to this office for several years and always been satisfied. Recently I tried calling to book an appointment for my annual eye exam only to leave 2 voicemail messages with absolutely no response. I am out of contact lenses and need an exam to reorder. I will be seeing another local optometrist. So frustrating.

Made me wait while he interviewed a prospective employee in the middle of my appointment… as though my time isn’t important…. Thanks, but after being a patient here for almost 40 years, I’m done.

My first appointment with Dr. Michael Cohn was a nice experience. The staff was welcoming and warm and very friendly. I was recommended from another friend to come here and she was right, the Dr is very nice and outgoing and friendly and does a good job examining your eyes and was very honest. I did not need a new prescription he told me I needed another pair of glasses to handle all the computer work I do and that my progressive lenses could not handled my situation any longer. The office is very clean and very sanitized every time you sit and put your face on something the staff makes sure it is clean. I have recommended my whole family to him.
