“Really nice shop. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered some glasses that didn’t quite fit right and caused pain and they offered a full refund or exchange after a month. No questions asked and were happy to help me find a better frame. Bob and Bill were great to work with. Also got my Rx in some old sunglasses and they helped with that. “I am going to add the names of the 2 associates who treated me as if I was their most important customer! ( it's a RARE GIFTto be able to match up a person's type/ color/ size to a complete stranger! But, they did!)About a week ago I was running down the list iof "optics providers" my insurance covers...and let's just say NONE of the names I called covered a simple pair of glasses! ;!( CCA is HORRIBLE aka" "ONE CARE".. like so many health insurance they woo you at 1st until their membership rolls are full ..then they deny services.SO I STAYED AT WALMART AND PAID 100% because I always hear great things, and, I was done begging different places.WALMART OPTICAL has already a great name, for their personal service is 2nd to none (and I've been wearing/buying glasses + contacts...since 2!
