I ordered progressive readers to wear over my contacts, but my eyes did not adjust to wearing them all day, the goal of getting the glasses in the first place. I went back and spoke to Giorgio who took his time to understand the issue and had the lenses re-made as bifocals, at no charge to me. “Yesterday I visited Gateway Vision to have my glasses straightened. During my trip from Pennsylvania to Massachusetts for work, I accidentally bumped my wireless frames and bent them considerably. The Gateway optician (Niko, I think) repaired my glasses and wouldn't take the payment I offered. My glasses now fit better than when I first bought them. I highly recommend Gateway Vision. I wish they had a store in PA.“

“Went to Hudson Walmart for glasses. I never leave reviews-no time. But I had to. They are excellent there. I dealt with 3 different people on 2 occasions and all were so helpful. Mark was great. He fixed my broken glasses without me asking so I wouldn’t have to keep taping them until my new glasses come in. I ordered 2 pairs(2nd one is 35% off) for the same price as one pair at my usual optician. Their customer service is excellent. Highly recommend you go there if you need glasses!?“

I planned to go to the ER, but then the secretary called me back without me even leaving a message! “I've never felt at such ease taking my kiddo to an eye appointment. We've gone to two other places in the past, and the experience was meh. First thing when we walked in the door, we were met with the friendliest of faces and warm greetings right away. The doctor was fantastic and explained everything in detail. I really liked the small atmosphere, compared to the larger practices which lack empathy, and warmth. When dealing with social anxiety, bigger places can be nerve-wracking. Here they made you feel welcome and heard. Definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.“
“The assistant manager was at the front desk and did not greet us at all or even acknowledge the fact that we were there. Whereas Dave the manager is always very personable and greets anyone who walks through that door. Customer service training is highly essential here in this office. It would be nice to receive engagement by nurturing our existence. This will increase customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty rate. Overall, the rest of the staff was amazing! Thank you.“

“I went into Weston Eye Care for the first time to look at frames for new glasses. The selection was so nice. I originally thought I wanted frameless glasses because they are so lightweight, but frameless did not look great on me. The sales associate Victoria helped me greatly by recommending that I try on several styles based on the style I had hoped to see myself in (for reading glasses). The pair I chose from Modo was in a terrific red-violet tortoise color at the front and a red-violet titanium frame. They are lightweight and beautiful and look really nice. Thank you to Victoria for making my experience so great!“
