The assistant manager was at the front desk and did not greet us at all or even acknowledge the fact that we were there. Whereas Dave the manager is always very personable and greets anyone who walks through that door. Customer service training is highly essential here in this office. It would be nice to receive engagement by nurturing our existence. This will increase customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty rate. Overall, the rest of the staff was amazing! Thank you.

Great experience! My concerns were listened to and everything was explained very clearly to help with my dry eyes. Tori and Debbie were extremely helpful when I was picking out glasses. I'm very indecisive and they both had great patience and gave me great advice!

I had my first visit with Advanced Eye Care yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. The tech explained each test in detail and what they do even though this wasn't my first eye exam. Doctor Harney took the time to listen to me and explained the test results. He was friendly and professional and I'll be using this practice for my eye exams from now on!
