From the front desk to the technicians in the back, everyone here is so kind and helpful. Hands down the best experience I've had at a full-service optical shop.While they don't have the largest selection of frames, it's a thoughtful and curated selection with something for everyone.
Yesterday I visited Gateway Vision to have my glasses straightened. During my trip from Pennsylvania to Massachusetts for work, I accidentally bumped my wireless frames and bent them considerably. The Gateway optician (Niko, I think) repaired my glasses and wouldn't take the payment I offered. My glasses now fit better than when I first bought them. I highly recommend Gateway Vision. I wish they had a store in PA.
Dr. Hunter and her team are extremely friendly, kind, and professional. They use modern equipment, explain the exam tests and are open to answer questions as well as easy to talk to. They offered ways to maximize insurance coverage. I felt like I had a personal stylist assisting me with selecting perfect frames for me.
