I’ve been Bello’s client and patient for about 2 years now and I wish I had known them sooner. Dr. is the best, very professional, patient and explains everything to make you feel comfortable. Also, they have the best frames… very stylish. Nick is very knowledgeable to tell you which one is a good frame and which one doesn’t look good…. Very helpful.

What can I say…? I never do reviews because often places I go never stand out. They are run of mill. Or worse they are terrible. But, this place breaks the mold. I absolutely love Bello Opticians. Everyone there is amazing. I travel from Springfield, Ma to Worcester just to buy my glasses, and now contacts, from Bello. From the first time I set foot in Bello I felt right at home. Nick and Tony are artisans with how they get your pick to fit your face just right. Jaime and Heidi make you feel welcomed and cared for the moment you walk through the door. I had a great experience, everytime I went, and I LOVE my new glasses!! They fit perfectly, as the optician made sure they did, and the lenses are SO crisp and clear!! Everyone there is so nice! No matter how busy I've seen them get, it was always a good atmosphere, with professional staff that was SO helpful! Top notch! Highly recommend!!
