“I came to Yosemite Eyewear to get a pair of glasses repaired. I had accidentally stepped on them and bent one of the side arms pretty badly--I thought it was beyond repair. I was helped right away by Nigo Rattanavong, RDO, ABOC. I was prepared to be told that my glasses were unfixable, but Nigo worked a miracle and repaired them. I was beyond amazed at the quality of his work. He also fixed the backup pair of glasses that I was wearing; they kept slipping off of my face. When I tried to pay Nigo for his work, he refused payment. I am now a lifelong customer. I can't recommend Yosemite Eyewear enough.“
“When I walked in I was immediately impressed with how much it was set up like an Apple store. Very nice and clean. Modern and inviting. I was greeted by two staff immediately. They were nice, polite and cheerful. I had my prescription with me and I knew exactly what I wanted. I purchased prescription eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. The plaza was mobbed it took me fifteen minutes to find a spot and not only did they have a lot of parking they also have a 4 story parking garage. (Side note if you want to see how compact the plaza property is look up Legacy Place in Dedham Massachusetts) I'm guessing that there was less than 10 parking spots left in the entire plaza property. It's amazing how the plaza property is set up. It took me more time to get to the Warby Parker store and out of the parking lot than the time I was in the the Warby Parker store!“

These two ladies were very professional and helpful to me when I was in the store. Today they were busy so they asked me please come back in a few, I responded sure. When I came back to the store they helped me and let me try on a few glasses in the store. Most all they were so polite, sweet, and gave good customer service. While they were adjusting my glasses, I told them need to change the screws I wear rimless glasses. They mentioned me to me shipments come in once a month. they gave me date to return to the store, so I can get the parts i need for my glasses. I will definitely go back and see them.“

“This past week I went to Elliott eye doctors for an annual exam- I was in need of new contacts and glasses.I have been going to an eye doctor for 30+ years and the experience I had with Dr. Elliott and team was exceptional.I had a last minute cancellation with my babysitter and had to bring my daughter. The staff was so friendly occupying my daughter as I was getting my exam done.The staff was efficient, well trained, and quickly took care of the initial part of the exam before seeing Dr. Elliott.Dr. Elliott took her time and listened to my concerns with my previous prescription and provided me with samples to make sure I felt comfortable with a brand before purchasing a year supply of contacts.I then I was able to pick out a pair of sunglasses and glasses. The staff was very helpful by pulling glasses that they thought would fit my face.ALL of this was done in under an hour and with a 1 year old smiling ( thanks to the girls). It is rare to find a small business that has staff that are all knowledgeable of the inventory provided and have such positive personalities!! “I had my first visit at MyEyeDr Newton Upper Falls. I can't say enough about how great I fell about my visit. The office was pretty with plants outside the large window. The staff was welcoming. There was parking right outside.Dr.Shirley Solomon gave me a very thorough exam and found cataracts that I didn't know were there. She explained carefully what she saw and why one eye was so compromised.I learned a lot. I should also say that this practice accepts Medicare which many don't.There was also an impressive array of lenses to choose from without being overwhelming.I feel fortunate to have found this practiceand I highly recommend them and Dr.Solomon.“

“I had great success with the new process eye exam program at Nashua store with nice people helping me, I am 74 years old and was concerned but all went well. A couple months later my daughter was driving me to Boston's logan airport for a flight to Paris. My glasses didn't feel right. When I took them off to check them, I found one of the nose rest had fallen off. We pulled off 93 and I went into Woburn Ma store while my daughter parked the car The woman at the optical desk fixed them so fast I was outside before my daughter parked the car Thank you guys“

From beginning to end of the process of getting the form to Dr. Mercuri, following up when it got held up in the mail, having Dr. Mercuri fill out another form, calling me when she saw that I had not picked up the second form, which I had not picked up as I had said I would. “I went in with a pair of newly purchased RayBans that had seems to have melted/morphed and did not fit properly anymore. RayBan would not do anything because the damage “wasn’t significant enough” and suggested I go to LensCrafters. LensCrafters was not very helpful so I went into Lynette on a whim. The guy working was super helpful and knew exactly how to fix them. He was efficient and solved the problem in under a minute and made sure they fit my face before I left at no charge. Highly recommend!“
