Andrew Metz is the real deal. He has, on three separate occasions, found replacement parts and fixed my broken glasses, one a pair I hadn't even bought from him. You don't find customer service like that anymore. Highly recommended!

My family as been using Metz opticians going back 5 decades. The are highly knowledgeable, and friendly with a good selection of frames. Recommendations were rock solid and glasses were ready in 4 days. Great service. Highly recommended.

This shop is AWESOME. The owner, Andrew Metz is SO kind. He does NOT care about making money. His only goal is to help his community see better. He is so FOCUSED on accomplishing this goal and it is visible in many ways in his shop. He knows (as I have now learned) that designer frames are a TOTAL waste of money. If you really want a designer frame you can purchase one online and bring it to him and he will gladly fit it for you. His prices are beyond reasonable. I honestly wish he charged more because he absolutely deserves more. My glasses only took 2 days to be made and they are AWESOME. I was so impressed that I just came back today to pick up my sunglasses fitted...read full review
