“C3 provides a very unique personal fitness experience. They really specialize in designing a routine that meets your objectives and schedule. Each of their coaches brings their own flavor to your workout, but all within the parameters of what you laid out for your goals. I've enjoyed training with each and every one. The space itself, and all the equipment, is immaculately clean, providing a truly comfortable experience. Highly recommend!“

“I worked with Helena for a little over a year, and came to her because I had been having neck and shoulder pain for years. I had tried massage, Physical Therapy, stretching and nothing seemed to help me long term. In just 1 session with Helena I felt so much better, and she taught me that I wasn't breathing properly which was affecting my entire body. Each session was tailored to my needs and what would be helpful for that day. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and was able to help me make lasting changes that I'll continue to work on for the rest of my life. So happy I found her and highly recommend!“

“Jenn's classes are amazing. I've always been a runner and athlete, but I've always been bad at consistently doing arms and core work and any kind of strength training. I've never been someone to regularly go to workout classes. Jenn's classes have changed that. Two years later, I'm hooked.I feel stronger now than I ever have and it's helped my running and staying injury free. I highly recommend her classes!“

“Movement Remedies has been fantastic for me. I have dealt with many injuries and surgeries over the years and Pilates work for pain sufferers has been huge I’m returning me to regular activity. In the past I have engaged in very intense workouts only to frequently experience setbacks in my pain experience. Movement remedies not only makes me body feel great but it is an intense and nightly targeted workout! DK is am amazing instructor and friend and is so knowledgeable about the body and how to make sure you get exactly what your body needs!“

“I took my first ever Pilates class here about 6 months ago and I haven’t stopped since. The teachers are amazing - particularly as a beginner, they made the learning process really encouraging. I’ve felt more and more confident with each class and most importantly, so much stronger. “I have taken private pilates with Sonja for years in studio and virtually, and was thrilled to follow her when she opened The Pilates Lab to continue my sessions. Aside from being sunshine in human form, Sonja is an absolute genius when it comes to the body. She has helped me recover from injuries, manage my scoliosis, and achieve all of my goals. I'm stronger and more body-aware than ever before. Sessions are therapeutic and challenging and Sonja somehow knows what my body is needing the second I walk through the door without me saying a word. I've even been able to avoid chronic migraines by practicing releases that Sonja's taught me. Easily the best Boston-based trainer I have worked with and quite possibly the most beautiful studio I've ever worked out in.“
