The Pilates Lab is a contemporary pilates studio in the heart of Boston's Back Bay founded by instructor Sonja Brigham. We offer private pilates sessions that are designed to meet each client's unique needs. We maintain a comprehensive, deeply therapeutic approach to movement to support total well-being.
