“I love club pilates - bedford! The instructors here are all great and I get a great low intensity workout every time. I joined club pilates 6 or so months ago with zero experience with pilates and I LOVE it. I was nervous to try something new but everyone is truly at their own level and there is no pressure to be great right away. I do wish there were more times available but I almost always get off the waitlist and completely understand that the studio only has so many reformers. Overall, joining club pilates has made me loveeee pilates and I look forward to every visit.“
