Kaylee is an incredible trainer and physical therapist, and the rest of the staff at C3 shines as well. Chi, the owner of the gym brings together many years of personal and professional experience with high level athletic training, and imbues this knowledge into his team.“
“Patti is a gifted practitioner. She has a remarkable breadth of knowledge that she brings to each of our sessions. While she always has a plan for each session, she is able to pivot easily to address a specific concern I have that day. I have worked with a number of practitioners over the years and Patti is by far the best!!“
“I highly recommend Holistic Physical Therapy & Pilates. Olga and Evellin are both extremely knowledgeable and competent. Olga is very attentive and the exercises she has recommended for me have helped me a lot very quickly.“

16 Elm St, Cambridge“I worked with Helena for a little over a year, and came to her because I had been having neck and shoulder pain for years. I had tried massage, Physical Therapy, stretching and nothing seemed to help me long term. In just 1 session with Helena I felt so much better, and she taught me that I wasn't breathing properly which was affecting my entire body. Each session was tailored to my needs and what would be helpful for that day. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and was able to help me make lasting changes that I'll continue to work on for the rest of my life. So happy I found her and highly recommend!“
“Jenn's classes are amazing. I've always been a runner and athlete, but I've always been bad at consistently doing arms and core work and any kind of strength training. I've never been someone to regularly go to workout classes. Jenn's classes have changed that. Two years later, I'm hooked.I feel stronger now than I ever have and it's helped my running and staying injury free. I highly recommend her classes!“

The teachers are amazing - particularly as a beginner, they made the learning process really encouraging. I’ve felt more and more confident with each class and most importantly, so much stronger. I suffer from chronic back issues and these classes (generally 2x/week) have improved my overall health so much. I am so grateful to this studio and each of its teachers!“

In the past, I’ve experienced a wide variety of PT and used a strength trainer, but I her Pilates has been the most beneficial of all modalities. Before Body Center, I never really understood Pilates, but now I highly recommend it if you are looking to get a handle on improving core strength, posture and flexibility.“

“I absolutely love attending pilates reformer and mat classes with Swan Lyon. She is an amazing instructor, after years of taking her classes she can get me to work even deeper and use different muscles. I always look forward to attending her classes!“
“I have taken private pilates with Sonja for years in studio and virtually, and was thrilled to follow her when she opened The Pilates Lab to continue my sessions. Aside from being sunshine in human form, Sonja is an absolute genius when it comes to the body. She has helped me recover from injuries, manage my scoliosis, and achieve all of my goals. I'm stronger and more body-aware than ever before. Sessions are therapeutic and challenging and Sonja somehow knows what my body is needing the second I walk through the door without me saying a word. I've even been able to avoid chronic migraines by practicing releases that Sonja's taught me. Easily the best Boston-based trainer I have worked with and quite possibly the most beautiful studio I've ever worked out in.“

Through a combination of dry needling with Fay, massage therapy with Yinh, and the Zoom pilates sessions I finally got rid of tension I'd had in my back for over 10 years. The sessions at Boston Back Rehab is the best solution I have found that has helped me alleviate my back pain. Thank you!“

“I have been training with Kathleen since she was at her previous studio so at least 6 years. I started with her afternoon mat classes but once I injured my back and was done with PT I started private training with her on the suggestion of my PT to help continue the progress and my rehab. She listened, moved at an appropriate pace for me and with time and perseverance my back is feeling better.I have stuck with Pilates training, even doing Zoom mat sessions during the pandemic as and this surprised me I love it. I see Kathleen privately one day a week and participate in a semi-private group with my husband on another day. My husband also does a private but with Larry… note he only started training as he wanted to see what I was so excited about and why I was fitting into my clothing better. The studio itself is lovely, light and spotless. You can tell that both Kathleen and her business partner, Larry (who is fabulous as well), really care about the space.“
