    Jill's Pilates videos are a game-changer! I've been hooked since I started using them. Not only have I lost weight, but I also feel fantastic both mentally and physically.The on-demand feature is a lifesaver. Being able to work out with Jill whenever I want has made a real difference.     I absolutely love my class with Jill. I'm 62 and was experiencing pain in my joints when waking in the morning and after sitting for extended periods of time. It was making me feel old. My daughter suggested I give Pilates a try. All I could think was that there was no way I could do that, I was already in pain. Well, I tried, and it was the best decision I have made! After only a few weeks, my legs were stronger, and so was my body. My body was less achey upon waking. It's been a little over 2 months now, doing Pilaties with Jill 3 times a week, and I hop out of bed like I did when I was younger. Even my balance has significantly improved!Jill is amazing!     Jill makes you feel so comfortable and at ease, no matter what level you are at, making sure you're challenged but safe at the same time. As someone who doesn't feel super comfortable on the reformer, I cannot wait to do another 1:1 with Jill :)
