A great place for reformer classes with a really knowledgeable and helpful owner (Physical Therapist and STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer) and instructors (all certified as STOTT PILATES Instructors). Highly recommend Symmetry Pilates Center.

For 8 or more years I've depended on the staff at Symmetry to keep me functioning despite injurys, a broken leg and rotator cuff surgery, which are now undetectable. My workouts are never repetitive, alway tailored to my needs, which I'm often clueless about until they educate me. The mind/body challenge is better than puzzles or repetitive exercises. My happy place!
