Kama fitness is a place of love, laughter and strength! I have been able to continue my passion for aerial dance here and it has been an absolute dream. The instructors are incredibly patient and helpful, the other students are so kind and welcoming and it’s just such a great positive environment. I LOVE Kama Fly!!?

I have been going to Kama Fitness since November 2021 and the studio is SO accepting! As someone who tried it with no experience, I was able to pick it up fast after working with amazing instructors. I’ve made so many wonderful friends at this studio and it has become a second home to me. I absolutely adore this place and the overwhelming support makes it even better. I’d recommend this place to anyone, especially since you’ll fall in love with it too!

I have been attending Kama Fly Fitness since 2014. The amount of strength I have gained is secondary only to the amount of confidence I have acquired and the friendships I have made! This studio is unlike any other studio I have attended! I have tried a variety of the classes including aerial yoga, split silks, Lyra, trapeze and hammock and literally love them all. The instructors are welcoming, knowledgable and know how to make adjustments based on where your level is. 10/10 recommend this studio. You will not regret it!
