She offers wonderful suggestions to help me through the days that I struggle. She’s very easy to talk to, makes you feel like you’re talking with one of your girlfriends. Now the clinic it’s self…..pack your patience, they are a little unorganized and it can be frustrating. It’s like the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. And I’ve dealt with this clinic in the past after COVID and the experience with the administration was the same. My counselor then was amazing, but she’s no longer working there. But I do highly recommend Briana Banks!!!

Nadia is a BEAST on what she does. She’s very passionate on everything she does!!! She really does take the time and the patience to do your lashes. I made my first appointment with her years ago for a trip to Puerto Rico, when I tell you the lashes lasted for more than 3 weeks intact, BELIEVE ME! I went to the pool, the beach, put makeup on and the lashes were still there. Love love love them. I’d only put my clothes on, fix my hair, some lipstick and that’s it because my lashes were everything. Not only she’s the best at what she does but her customer service is 5 stars!! A soon as you walk in to the salon she has a beautiful vibe and offers you snacks and drinks. Only positive and genuine vibes I’ve felt when I’m around her. I love that Paige is attentive and understands curly hair with curly hair themselves. They’re also one of the sweetest, friendliest people out there, so going for a haircut does not feel like a chore . It feels like going to see an old friend and catching up.
I go I to her for curly hair cuts , and it’s so hard to find someone you trust especially when you’ve been wronged in the past. Previous stylists would thin up my hair and aggressively cut up my hair that it didn't feel the same anymore or my curly pattern would COMPLETELY CHANGED. Hair isn’t everything but it’s definitely not comfortable walking around not feeling like yourself.
Recently, I wanted to changed out my hairstyle a little bit and chose a reference picture. I was a little worried since I never done it that before. Paige assured me and and walked me through how they would be cutting the hair to make it as close to the reference pic. I trusted their experience, and of course, they executed perfectly because I am so happy with my hair.
Since going to Paige, my hair feels curlier and healthier with deliberate trims instead of damaging chops.

Before I flew out for a trip, I stopped by Sparrow to see Ben for a massage, and I'm so glad I did. The person running the front desk offered to store my luggage for me during the session which symbolizes how I felt the whole while there; cared for, considered, and comfortable. Ben was perceptive, communicative, and warm hearted, which immediately put me at ease. He relieved my shoulder and back fatigue with soothing and targeted work and after feeling on a tipping point of burnout, I came away from my session in a regulated and recharged state. Came here for the first time based on the reviews and Joel did not disappoint. He was very chill and down to earth and made the whole experience relaxing. He listens to how you want your hair done and takes his time to make sure you’re satisfied with how you look. I’m Filipino with hair that sticks out pretty easily and I’ve had barbers struggle cutting my hair how I’d like it in the past. I showed Joel a picture of what I wanted my hair to generally look like and he actually made it look better than the picture I showed him. I don’t usually spend more than $40 on a haircut but this was definitely worth it and I’ll be coming back forsure.

I have gotten two spray tans here and I came back after the first bc I loved it so much. Gabi was my spray tan artist both times I came in. The tan looks natural, easy to maintain, and I don’t even notice when it fades.
I got a tan here with Natalya and she was so thoughtful and helpful! Not like “customer service fake smile” type of nice, just genuinely nice and easy to talk to! Most importantly the tan looks so good. I’ve gone to a lot of spray tan spots and I think this really might be the best, I plan on going here for my wedding day. The spot is easy to find just make sure you allocate an extra 10 minutes to find parking because Milwaukee/Damen gets busy on the weekends.

Since starting red light therapy, I've noticed less pain in my knees (I have arthritis) and when I go after working out, my body is less sore and feels so relaxed after.
Another big plus- I'm 42 and in good shape, but I've definitely seen the elasticity in my skin loose it's tightness over the last few years and since doing red light a few times a week, I've noticed the skin on my face and stomach tightened up!

I love coming here. The whole crew is great. Natalie is amazing and taken care of my needs since day one. I do tanning with the stand up and lay down beds plus I have started doing the red light. From day one they always been kind and professional towards me. Also the mints they have over the water cooler are the best part. (Sorry for taking so many). Wow. ArtMe Nails is consistently the best nail salon I’ve been to in the city (or anywhere). They are clean, kind, and do a PERFECT Russian manicure. My manicures consistently last 4+ weeks without any chipping or lifting. Anastasia especially is a go-to. I leave so impressed and happy! She is very detail-oriented, yet very efficient. I never feel like I’m there too long. The cleanliness of the tools and establishment is very reassuring. I will never go anywhere else!!!!

I’ve been going to this nail salon since 2018 and truly can’t recommend them enough. The service is always wonderful, and the attention to detail is unmatched. I’m fairly picky about my manicures, and they consistently do an amazing job with my cuticles, nail shape, and overall finish. They never rush, which makes such a difference.
My no-chip manicures regularly last 3–4 weeks when I want them to, and even my regular pedicures rarely chip. They also have a fantastic selection of colors to choose from.
The owner is absolutely wonderful and treats everyone like family. My young daughter loves getting her nails painted here—the owner is so sweet with her, makes her feel special, and does such a great job making it a fun, pampering experience.

I've been to several nail salons in the area, and this one really stood out. I first came in for a pedicure and was so impressed that I came back for a manicure. Both times, the nail technicians took their time to properly clean and prep my nails instead of rushing through the service. That attention to detail made a huge difference and is something I haven't consistently experienced at other salons.
A special shoutout to Sophia, who did an amazing job. She was thorough, professional, and made the entire appointment enjoyable. She took her time, paid attention to the details, and made light conversation throughout the appointment. It honestly felt like I was spending time with a friend rather than just getting my nails done.

My artists, Jenna and Milian, at Blush and Braids were simply incredible. I truly have no feedback beyond a glowing review. They made all four of us getting hair and makeup services feel confident and beautiful. Moreover, Jenna went above the call of duty to cover some scarring on my upper arm from a recent shingles outbreak I had leading up to the wedding. Milian’s bridal updo was sleek and elegant, and exactly what I wanted for my look. It also stayed PERFECTLY snatched into place for almost 48 hours!
Jenna and Milian are true artists and I cannot thank them both enough. I know any bride would feel so beautiful, safe, and cared for in their chairs!

Robin was amazing and gentle with my facial (first time getting a facial) and explained everything that was happening, Zeena perfectly explained hair treatment options and look forward to working with her, and Kimberly was amazing, told her about a bad experience 2 years ago at a different salon and how nervous I was to go get a cut. Kimberly went above and beyond to make me comfortable, listened, and triple checked in with me before any additional cutting and I was very happy with my cut!

Ok First thing first, this is my first time being wax ever and I have to say it’s was amazing. She is an amazing person. Literally so kind and sweet, I was so comfortable with her. She never judge me when waxing. She was quick and gentle. Now I am not saying waxing doesn’t have no pain but the pain was not as bad as I thought it would be.

I had a wonderful experience with at CBQ Facial Beauty Bar! The space itself is very light, bright and airy, and I was greeted warmly by Laura who swiftly checked me in. Magally provided me with the best facial I've had in years, with the hydrofacial procedure that I tried for the first time (think of it as a cleansing vaccuum for your face). The products which are made in house all feel and are scented beautifully, and after my cleansing, mask, exfoliation and extractions (Magally used wax on my t-zone area which was so refreshing!) my face feels fantastic. The 5 star Google rating tells the story, this place is amazing. Give them a try, your skin will thank you!

Betty is my eyelash extension master, and I truly love her magical touch! I usually have very sensitive eyes and they always tear up during lash appointments, but Betty works so professionally and gently that my eyes stay completely dry the entire time.

Absolutely phenomenal experience! Today I came in for a walk in and wanted to look through some flash and Adrian was kind and patient with me while I was choosing a design and provided great input on placement and shading. Also I am a visibly queer person and I felt completely comfortable and safe in the space (which isn’t always the case in tattoo shops) and that was just the icing on the cake. It’s clear that Adrian knows what he’s doing and wants to give you the best tattoo possible I would easily recommend him to anyone wanting to get a great tattoo.

Rosefinch is absolutely the best! They are all so friendly and welcoming. I've been pierced multiple times by both Nia and Elaine and could not be any happier. Everyone is so kind and fun during the whole process. Picking pieces out with Amy is also lovely. Everyone is so knowledgeable and wanting to learn more. Last time I visited, Elaine did some of her learning piercings (we did a 12g septum and a 6g conch) and it was such a great and comfortable experience. Ordering pieces of jewelry is an easy experience.

I called and left a message about my bathroom sink valve leaking. Henry promptly called back and had me send photos/video of the issue. He called me back to say the angle valve nut needed to be tightened. I was able to tighten it and the leak stopped. No need for him to come out and replace it. He saved me hundreds of dollars for a replacement, especially now during Christmas. Thank you Henry! I’ll will definitely use your services in the future.
My drain line on the side of the building that's connected to the gutter was clogged.
Bubba service dug up the gutter area drain line, Replace broken pipe, and power rod the line. They backfilled the opening with ¾ in. stone. Haul away debris. Re-concrete work. They were patient and did a great job. I was there the whole time asking tons of questions. Thanks!

We just moved in and wanted to change a shower head, and it wasn’t happening until Mr. Burris promptly returned my call and checked out the situation to see if I could resolve it, but the shower head was really jammed and not going anywhere. He asked for pictures and came right over. He is super-nice, got his tools and fixed the problem and gave us some maintenance advice on removing soap scum and keeping drains clear. He is plumber of the year! If you’re looking for a plumber this is the guy to call!
It's simple. Jan is the greatest plumber on the planet. He is not only the consummate professional but explains everything that he sees and proposes before the work is done. And the work will get done - Jan will execute and take care of your issues, almost over the top. Our home is over 100 years old and had massive root issues in the sewer line. After wasting money on a number of incompetent companies I finally found someone who cared.
Vanguard is not cheap, but this is the best value in Chicago. Please pay a real professional to do the job right rather than serially wasting money on people who never solve the problem. Jan is transparent and will insist you see what is going on. Sorry to ramble, just call Vanguard.

Our condo association had a drainage issue that needed a smart solution. We had 3 suggested solutions and estimates before having Shaun Madden came by. Shaun’s solution was the smartest for our needs and the price was fair.
We gave the job to Madden and were very impressed with their crew, their work, and all their communication. They completed the job as planned and we could not be happier. Shaun really knows sewers/drains etc. Madden Plumbing is worth a call — they are highly recommended !

I could not be happier with the service Edwin and team provided. Our 3 flat condo building called Edwin when the initial plumber we had used was unable to reach the blockage in our pipe within the kitchen stack after a back up had occurred. He was quick to respond and had availability the next day. He came out and reached the blockage and was able to remove part of it via rodding and hydro jetting but with the camera, he saw there was more he needed to remove. He came back the next day with bigger equipment and was able to clear it up. Edwin was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and answering all of our questions and was very patient with us in making sure all the issues were addressed. I'm so happy to have found Edwin and he will be my go to guy in the future!
Lopez Plumbing systems show up on time, and services are thorough and by experienced pros. This service included a storm drain clearing with hydro-jet equipment, power washing the walls of a catch basin and clearing the basin with a hydro-jet/vacuum
truck. Their pricing is always fair, and we can depend on them for emergency service.

Pablo was great! Called him at 8:30am to repair a valve on our ejector pump and he was at our house in less than two hours to execute the repair. I had en electrical emergency at large building and STS responded during off hours, scheduled it immediately, and was quick to solve the issue. They were extremely communicative and responsive and took care of everything.
I decided to share my review here as well because highlights Chicago is highly reviewed in both places and it’s only fair that I contributed here as well!
Understand that this is an electrician and that five stars is highly unlikely. After hiring Boz and his team, it came as mno surprise to me, why they do have five stars! They were referred to me by another electric company that I have used in the past, that was overwhelmed with business right now. That holds true to Highlights Chicago as well. Everyone in skilled trade is quite busy these days.
Here are the facts about the job:
Cut and reset a burned/melted wire in my breaker box.
Ran a heavy gauge wire through my conduit starting at my breaker box, fishing it through the conduit- room to room until they reached the destination outlet for a new 23@ volt outlet for a 20 AMP window ac/heater I desperately needed in the winter.

This is my second time leaving a review for Boz and his crew at Highlight Chicago because they continue to deliver above and beyond.
Most recently, they installed two high-powered LED security lights in our parking area along with five code-approved RAB vaporproof outdoor fixtures on our porches. The difference in safety and visibility at night is tremendous. He also handled the installation of string lights on our first-floor balcony, and the results turned out exactly how I wanted. Everything looks professional, well-planned, and adds both security and charm to our building .
Boz runs a top-notch operation—his workers are always polite, respectful, and leave the job site spotless. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy, which is rare to find in this business. We have used Power Up Electric several times at our home and have been VERY happy with their work. They replaced several plugs and switches, hung multiple light fixtures (especially a very complex custom dining room fixture), and did circuit work in the electrical panel.

The steps given to me by Frigidaire were unhelpful - this gentleman knew so much more. All of my kitchen appliances are Frigidaire and this is the only place I would go to if service is needed. I was blown away by their service. After a horrible experience with another "service" company, LG made an appointment for me with M&M for Thursday. However, shortly after I got LG's email, Naila called, asked if I was home, and came out today (Tuesday). She and her colleague: a) found the problem with my refrigerator at once (bad compressor), b) had the needed part with them, c) explained clearly what they needed to do, d) did the repair in the time they estimated, e) were professional throughout. The refrigerator door would not seal properly and cold air kept escaping. Food spoiled faster than usual and the motor ran nonstop. Appliance repair replaced the worn seal and adjusted the door alignment. The fridge now stays cold and runs quietly again.

Recently, on 2/21, I was lucky enough to schedule Mak B. cleaning services to clean a large area rug and complete some upholstery cleaning (two ottomans, a couch, and a loveseat). We booked service master to clean up after a glass balcony shattered. There was glass all over the ground and balcony. They were incredibly friendly and easy to work with, came prepared with the right materials, and did a fantastic job. This is my second review for ADR flooring. Vasi and his team hit it out of the park again with an excellent job! I hired them to sand and refinish my hardwood floors in my home in October last year and was extremely satisfied. I volunteer for an animal shelter in Arlington Heights and we had an office and a multipurpose room with floors badly in need of replacement. I knew right away who I would call for the job. Vasi got back to me in a day with a quote. They removed the old laminate floors in both rooms and replaced them with more durable waterproof vinyl floors. They look amazing. They carefully removed the molding and quarter round so I did not have to replace it. Work was completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up the jobsite before they left and we could not be more happy. His prices are incredible for the fine craftmanship of the work. We have another room that needs to be done and I will be calling him in the future. If you need any flooring work done, just call Vasi. You will not be disappointed.

Within a month, new LVP floor already has a soft, bouncy spot at a transition.This is a basic installation issue.
When I reported it, I was told someone would “call within 7 working days.” That kind of delay for a clear workmanship defect is frustrating and not professional.
I expect this to be addressed quickly and correctly, not delayed. I will update this review based on how the issue is resolved.

Floorecki installed new laminate flooring in our basement and laundry room, plus replace old worn out stairs with new oak wood treads. They were very easy to work with -- got us a reasonable quote quickly, showed up on time all four days they were working here and did an excellent job all around. The five stars we're giving them is well deserved.
We recently had Robert and his crew refinish our first floor. I installed unfinished red oak in the living room and family room. The rest of the first floor was 25-year-old hardwood, which was very worn down. In many places, the finish was gone, down to the wood. We had some water damage in the kitchen from a dishwasher, and they replaced just enough boards to fix that. The biggest challenge with putting in new flooring with old flooring is matching the new with the old. Robert's crew did an amazing job; you cannot tell the difference at all.
The two gentlemen who did the work in the house were extremely efficient, polite, and mindful of the work they were doing and the mess that they were leaving. They did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves, minimizing the dust in the house. I think they even did some vacuuming of the counters in the walls before they left. I cannot recommend Robert's Flooring Service enough. He was competitively priced, extremely professional, and they have truly transformed the first floor of our house.

From the beginning to end Ofer gave me the best customer service possible. Ofer was able to design a kitchen what my wife has been looking into. Ofer, compared to other people was not just behind a computer to design a kitchen. Instead from the beginning he was showing samples from his showroom which included colors of cabinets, cabinets, drawers, lazy susan, kitchen appliance storage, trash can drawers, etc. He paid attention to every detail on square footage for kitchen to maximize the space and great design. Ofer was there from the beginning til end of remodel, even pick up calls after hours. I would recommend planet cabinets as the first stop for any kitchen remodel, you will NOT regret it. The Optimal team installed copper gutters and fixed some roof flashing at the same time. They used good quality copper that will last. The new gutters blend with the house and looks much better now. We are happy with the work.

I spotted a bug problem and they came over the same day. They laid traps too so I could see if I needed the extra service (included no extra charge) for another treatment which I did not need. If I need a bug or pest solution this is who I would call.
What can we say, our experience from Eric of Eco Pest Solutions has been Awesome!!!! We received several quotes from larger, pest control companies, non of which took the time and care that Eric did. The initial technician came the very next day. He spent a considerable amount of time analyzing the problem. Not fully satisfied with what he suspected he called a more experienced tech who came right over to inspect. They used a multi-step process that took about a week and for a fraction of the amount Orkin wanted to charge.
I can't say enough about the kindness, professionalism, knowledge of this company. I will continue to use R.B. Pest Solutions for quarterly inspections and I highly recommend them to anyone in need.

We started working with Reveal in 2020 for a total redesign of our back and side yards, including trees, grass, plantings, hardscapes, lighting, and a water feature. We appreciated the way Sean and team worked with us to create the right design. This was particularly important because our backyard is a small, confined area, and our vision was a series of connected outdoor rooms. This was designed and executed perfectly. The design was great, but the execution exceeded our expectations. The crews were responsible, flexible, and showed up when they said they would. The next year we engaged Reveal to redo our front yard, including trees, plantings, grass, an update to our driveway and reimagined front porch and walkway. Again, the design was great and the execution was flawless. I would not hesitate to most highly recommend Sean and the Reveal team for your landscaping needs.

Mike came out and looked at my place and did an EXCELLENT job explaining what were the issues he saw and what was the proper remedy. He listened to all of my concerns and they were all addressed in the proposed solution. Many other landscaper bids excluded a lot of my concerns after talking about them in detail. The crew that came out works hard! They completed my drainage solution in a single day and my yard looks incredible with the sod work done after they dug where they had to. The best part: the day my drainage system was installed, it POURED rain that evening and my basement was bone dry all night. Ware is hands down the best contractor I’ve had do work on my home.

They created a wonderful garden in our small Chicago lot, with a beautiful patio for outdoor entertaining, lawn for dogs/kids, vegetable garden, and grilling space. They had great ideas for reducing flood risk by moving water away from the house. They coordinated all installation, and the crew they used (JR Landscaping) was *amazing.* It's been two weeks, and neighbors have already asked for our gardeners' contact information, and I've happily given it. I used Midway Tree Service in the oast to take down and old tree and grind down stump. They brat all prices and they cleaned up beautifully. Fast service as well. I was amazed at how fast a huge tree was taken down without any damage.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Ivette Mendez. I came in, hoping to get help with a damaged nerve that got worse after standing all day at my job, and due to her expertise and experience working with others who do a lot of physical labor and have longstanding hours, she knew exactly how to help me by testing my movements. Now I understand where I need to strengthen my body to lessen the pain and prevent it from getting worse. Within the first month, I already felt a significant difference. She is kind and understanding, and wanted to help get me out as quickly as possible, within my budget and body limitations.

I really LOVE this clinic, the staff are extremely helpful, especially considering I'm crazy and can be a pain in the ass. Dr. Ivy is an absolute goddess and so smart she knows how to treat a patient with addiction problems and other issues. She's a wonderful person and without a doubt she has saved my life. I took my 15 y/o Dachshund here for general physical function optimization and to work on some residual functional issues from IVDD surgery a few years ago. His mobility and strength really improved with his rehabilitation with Alexis and Dr. Ariel. They also taught me how to do his PT at home which we were very consistent with. About two months after we graduated from rehab, my dog had a stroke and some of his weakness from IVDD came back. But I amped up the PT that I learned from Healing Tails and now 3 months later he’s back to normal. This place is just wonderful, they care deeply about animals, and they are truly experts in what they do. The techniques they teach you also go far beyond the sessions you have with them and can benefit your dog for their whole life! Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Lincoln Square Animal Hospital! We've been taking our three cats, now approaching senior age, there for three years and love them. From dental cleanings to mass removal surgery, they have always gone above and beyond and provided outstanding care, clear explanations, and wonderful customer service. It gets busy sometimes, but they always get to you as fast as they can and never make you feel rushed. A wonderful, caring staff!
A relative gave me a dog that they could no longer care for, and I wanted to give her a fresh start in my home, including some grooming care. I let the groomers know about a small rash she had and some matting, and they asked me to bring her in so they could assess her. They took care of everything, and she came back happy, smelling great, and with soft fur. I love the personal attention here and will definitely be back instead of going to a big box store.

We have been using Groomies for almost 2 years now and they take wonderful care of our pup, Bogey. He has seen multiple groomers (we never specify) and he always looks great when he's done. We were on a waiting list for a while to get in, but now that we are repeat clients, it is very easy to book (usually via text, 2-4 weeks out depending on time of year), and they book by time slot so your pet isn't hanging around in a cage all day waiting for their turn. They always text when he's around 15 minutes from being done. Bogey is always relaxed any happy when he comes home, which is a triumph for a pup who doesn't like much to be groomed. Everyone is always a pleasure to interact with - I wouldn't hesistate to recommend Groomies!
I have a small, very shy dog with some anxiety. She is suspicious of most people (she only tolerates my husband but loves the company of dogs). She adores the staff at Earth Pups and even wags her tail when she’s there for just a grooming.

I went to the same groomer (one person one dog at a time) with my dog for 13+yrs until she retired. I wanted to find someone like her with just one person because my dog wouldn't be able to handle an environment with multiple groomers and dogs. It is truly hard to find and I feel extremely blessed to have found someone that makes my senior dog comfortable and does an amazing job, bonus he's in my neighborhood. I 100% recommend Shorty Styles.

I love this place so much. I’ve been going since January 2024 and have tried many of the classes, but especially enjoy the Ashtanga and Rocket vinyasa classes. Because there are so many classes available, it’s always been easy to fit with my busy schedule. Alisa, Shelly, and Beth, who teach the ashtanga classes I take are incredibly knowledgeable on the style. Colleen’s Rocket vinyasa class on Saturday is insanely good. Each time I go I learn a huge amount and see marked improvements in my form and flexibility in a way that is very gratifying. Finding this place has changed my life and I’m so grateful to the studio for welcoming me with warm arms and teaching me how to get closer to my goals in yoga. Cannot say enough positive things about Yoga Now and highly recommend for anyone looking to level up their yoga, or even just to find more peace in the day-to-day.

I love going to Pilates at Restore Pilates! As someone completely brand new to the discipline, I was wary of how I would take to this form of exercise. From the first private lesson with Nirali ( a great way to start if you’ve never done this before) I was supported and listened to, all the while being pushed to grow my skills and really learn correct form. This is a wonderful studio full of caring and very experienced teachers. I recommend this to anyone looking for a new way to get stronger, healthier and more joyful about life.
I recently completed my PSC Mat and Reformer Certification through Amplified Pilates, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience.
This training challenged me in ways I did not expect and pushed me to grow not only as an instructor but also as a student. The programming was thoughtful and comprehensive, intentionally designed to deepen understanding and not just teach choreography. I walked away feeling sharper, more confident, and even more connected to why I teach Pilates in the first place.

My back is straighter, my aches and pains are significantly reduced, my body is so much softer from not caring so much tension anymore, and this small hunchback I was developing is literally gone. I never even saw the point of massages until I came here. I have been working with Josh for rehab after a PKR. He has been very supportive, encouraging, and informative. He knows when to push and understands my limitations. I will be having my other knee operated on soon and will be asking for Josh as my Therapist when it is time for rehab.

This place is somewhere I would definitely recommend for anyone. The staff there are really nice and Kelly my physical therapist was very helpful as I was there to help in improving the range of motion on my feet and she gave a lot of great advice and exercises to help me along. They definitely live up to the name. My feet pain is definitely getting a lot better and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get back into tiptop shape. They’ve even inspired me to exercise again.

I'm very grateful to the folks at the Movement Guild! I was referred to them by a neurologist after having some mysterious neck pain and dizziness issues and they have been enormously helpful in better understanding and working to improve those issues. They have been easy and flexible to work and schedule with and at least with insurance very affordable too!
I contacted Lauren for physical therapy to address strained calf and hamstring muscles in my left leg. These strains had become an impediment to my training for a half marathon. After several sessions with Lauren, and very detailed home exercises to follow after each session, the strains healed and my training resumed. The half marathon went off without a hitch! In addition to a convenient Lincoln Park location, Lauren is an amazing physical therapist! Thank you, Lauren!
First of all I thank my orthopedic for referring me to team rehabilitation physical therapy for my hips I never been to any therapy sessions like this one I've been coming here now for about a month now I see them twice a week when I say this team is wonderful I can't explain it I was a little nervous when starting the session with them but they made me feel comfortable and they care that's the main thing for me the team is a little tough but it's ok cause I love the challenge and if I can I would recommend someone here I'm looking forward to continuing the therapy sessions with them and if I may say so the therapy is definitely working!

I began PT here earlier this year, and then came back again after a surgery to continue with PT and recovery. The staff all remembered me by name and greeted me warmly. Everyone at this location, from the receptionists, to the PTs, are all welcoming, professional and they really work hard to make sure that the care that is needed is being received. The location is easy to get to, and scheduling (and rescheduling) is a breeze. Honestly the best experience I have had when it comes to PT.

I started coming here for low back pain that massage therapy wasn’t working for. Dr. Lee recommended I do acupuncture and recommended some supplements like an oil and patches to help. After 1 week I have seen a significant difference in my pain level and even my sleep! Dr. Lee is very sweet and knowledgeable and I will continue to come back!

Sunae provides excellent care—I can't recommend her highly enough to my friends. She is super intuitive and precise in her treatments, and I appreciate her level of detail and attention in care. I've seen many acupuncturists and Sunae is by far the best. Her treatments are not only highly effective, but also gentle - you don't even feel the needles and the sense of calm afterward is amazing. I always sleep better the night of a session. She recently opened a new office in Northbrook, so whether you're in the city or suburbs - i highly recommend.

Jennifer is great for pain relief. I have been going to Jennifer for acupuncture, electric stim and cupping for a year for two separate shoulder injuries related to weightlifting. She now has me back in the weight room with no pain. She always asks me how I am feeling and helps with other one off issues too like digestion, hormones, and muscle recovery. She even takes my health insurance which is amazing. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Dr. Robert by a neighbor who has been seeing him for over 15 years with amazing success for all ailments. So immediately I felt comfortable with him and then he over delivered! He truly is an authentic healer. You can feel the peacefulness and centeredness in his office and in his professionalism. I sprained my ankle and he helped me recover and even when I was late for an appointment once he give me extra time during the next appointment because his focus truly is on the results and my experience! My experience with this company is A1 in every aspect, my instructor was Andy and he definitely knows how to insure that you are fully prepared for your road test, he was patient with me and definitely loves what he does, which is making sure that you successfully complete your test and training for your the road. I felt like family and Christie (I hope spelled it correctly) she is amazing too, You won’t find a better company and experience, with Galaxy it’s not about quantity but quality but making sure that you know that your training is done properly and professionally.
I like the fact that if you have experience with motorcycle riding and you don’t feel like taking those two days long classes then you can just come in for one day for a couple of hours to practice everything that will happen on test day. And it’s cheaper too, more convenient for me or anyone that knows how to ride but wants to have their M class license instead of a drivers permit every year. I used to renew my permit every year and that has gotten annoying for me which is why I’ve finally decided to join with ride Chicago, and I’m glad I did. Overall the guys make sure you understand the assignment and will help you with every concern you may have towards the course of learning. The motorcycles are also easy to operate, at first they feel heavy but then ride out like butterflies making it super easy to go through the cones and making U turns and everything else. Will definitely recommend more riders who are in my situation, basically with experience, but don’t want to take the two day class and want it over with quick.
