It was early Friday evening and I made a very foolish (and dangerous) error when trying to install something in an outlet resulting in the outlet exploding and sparks flying out. Although, I could switch the breaker back on and the other outlets worked, I was concerned that an electrical fire could be smoldering behind the wall. I knew that given the time of day that I would be seeking “emergency electrician hours” but was surprised at how hard it was to find anyone who would come.Sapphire answered my call immediately. I hired this company and was very pleased with their work. I own a rental in Chicago and I had a situation with the kitchen outlets not having power. I reached out to Sapphire Electric.
