“I had a great experience here - it was the first time I had ever had a facial treatment and Jon went out of his way to communicate what he was doing and make sure I was comfortable the whole time. The steam treatment is definitely something to ask for. “Comfortable Comfortable Comfortable ?I visited this charming, lavishly pink establishment on 2/1/2024 right before I went to work. I was able to get a same day appointment. The esthetician was finishing with a client and was perfectly on time for my appointment down to the minute?. I hadn't had a Brazilian wax since pre-covid and I was nervous but Chanara's conversation was sooo intriguing that it took my mind off of what was actually going on?. It was like I was at my therapist and waxer at the same time. She is very professional! No hairs left behind and it didn't really hurt and I was on time for work. I will definitely be back in a couple of weeks so she can wax everything plus my booty cheeks?“

“Very friendly staff! The office is super cute and clean and all the gals there were so sweet and talkative. I only took a star away because I got dao Botox, which I have gotten before successfully from other locations, and I did not experience or feel any numbness at all and saw no difference in the treated area, which was disappointing. It was especially strange to not feel ANYTHING different, haha. Maybe it was a bad batch? They also didn’t accept my alle coupon because they said I had to spend more for the coupon to be effective. I ended up calling alle customer support so I could know what the amount was so I don’t face this issue again, and they said it can be accepted for any price of service. So that was disappointing to, but maybe individual practices can make their own rules about that. I probably won’t go back here for those two reasons. But otherwise, the workers are so lovely and seem knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. No bad feelings at all!“

“I had a luxurious time here. Upon walking in I'm greeted by friendly faces checking me in. The design of the space is fantastic. Since it was my first time, they asked standard need to know questions and even took pictures of my face so I can track my progress with further treatments throughout the year. Armaria, my aesthetician took the time to understand my skincare needs. I could tell that she was truly passionate about her work. My comfort seemed the most important as she made sure there was no residue in my nose and nothing dripping into my ears! That was greatly appreciated because that's my biggest draw back with facial services. The room was comfy and the bed was soft and it even vibrated. I received the Luxfacial that had my skin looking good and feeling good! Product wasn't just slapped on my face, Armaria was very gentle.
