Very affordable, and she discouraged an unnecessary vaccination which I was grateful for. I highly recommend her for cat care!“

“I've only gone to Wicker Park Veterinary for a few months and they've already done so much for me. My rescue Walter is usually petrified of the vet, but has now tried to drag me over to the vet just to say hello. They were patient when he was really agitated getting his blood drawn and worked with me to figure out the right medication to have calm visits.Most recently, I woke up realizing I'd left his anxiety meds at mother's house in Indiana. I called the vet and had replacement meds in hand within an hour, and was still able to make my flight that morning.Walter and I appreciate them so much!“
“Love this clinic! Even before my frenchie began her 6-week sessions the staff were very helpful, informative and friendly. Once the PT began I noticed right away how helpful and calming the vet/techs were with my pup to help put her at ease and within a couple sessions she warmed right up and was even excited to put the work in! My dog showed improvements in strengthening her hips/glutes within a couple weeks and by the end of the 6 weeks there was a vast difference in her posture/stance. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing to give their fur babes some extra strengthening/conditioning and pain control!“

“I can't speak more highly of Duke Animal Hospital! I had a very scary emergency with my dog and we live close by. We are not currently clients of Duke but given the emergency they took my dog right away and could not have been more attentive and helpful. The doctor acted quickly and professionally and every staff member went above and beyond to make sure my dog was okay. My dog is doing great!!! We are definitely long term clients now :) Thank you Duke Animal Hospital!!!“

“My cat was not feeling well and they were able to squeeze him in during a day when they no appointments. They were very thorough, and kept me updated through the whole process. He ended up having to go a second day for treatment, and they were so kind the whole time. I have been here many times over the eight years I have lived here, and they have always been this way. They truly care about your pet, and even do a call the next day to check in on them. I would recommend this vet to anyone who has a pet, they truly are wonderful.“

“Companion cares very much about the wellbeing of your pet! I took my cat here for a bladder stone removal surgery and for medical boarding following the surgery. They did a great job and I can tell that the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you and your pet. I saw where my cat was boarded and it was the cleanest vet / boarding situation I had ever seen. They were great about providing updates, answering questions, and making adjustments to his care as requested. Would highly recommend this vet practice to anyone!“

“If I could give 100 stars, I would. My husband and I chose Burnham Park Animal Hospital to care for our puppy when we were living in the South Loop. A few months ago we moved out to Irving Park, and we both came to the quick consensus that BPAH would remain our vet despite the distance. Everyone there shows our dog and us so much compassion and care. We’ve had experiences with three of their vets— Dr. Phillips, Dr. Antonicic, and Dr. Schell. They have all been beyond amazing, informative, and so genuinely caring. Their vet techs/front desk staff are just as caring and kind. Their emergency services (and prices!) FAR surpass the services at MedVet, which we have gone to once. Our dog is never scared to go to the vet/leave the room without us and happily greets every staff member there, which tells me they’re just as amazing behind the scenes as they are when we are present in the room. I truly can’t speak highly enough of Burnham Park Vet. We feel blessed to have them care for our sweet boy.“

“Our vet is closed on Wednesdays and we had an emergency with our puppy of course on a Wednesday. I called North Center in a panic to see if they would help us out. Dawn was so incredibly kind. She let me have my panic attack (and cry on the phone with her), she empathized with the situation, and then she got us right in. The entire experience, from start to finish, was excellent. I'm seriously considering switching vets to them for this reason.“
