I had an incredible experience working with Dr. Roman, Ken, and all of the others at Lakeside Spine and Wellness. The whole staff really cares about treating your pain and is focused on teaching you self-reliance as efficiently as possible. They have a really great way of approaching treatment. Can't say enough good things about this place!

I had a great experience with Dr. Mendez! She's so friendly and caring. She worked with me on my chronic back pain, and the adjustments and take-home exercises have made a big difference. She even evaluated my weightlifting form to see how that might have been contributing, which was SO helpful. She prescribed some massages with Ken too, and he was fantastic! The front desk staff are also very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend Lakeside for chiropractic care!

Ivette takes her time to assess and treat conditions. She really cares and listens, working with where you are at and your goals. I love the increasingly challenging exercises as she helps me get back to running and jumping rope.
