“Profesional, respectful, and kind. I received nothing but top notch service from Air & Energy for duct, HVAC cleaning, sealing and mold encapsulation! My 55 year old home had developed a mold issue combined with very strong musty smell that was causing health issues for my family. Thankfully Shane came the day I called and determined my issue while being very respectful of my home. Within 2 days, techs JD and Garrett took a few hours to properly clean my ducts , hvac and complete the encapsulation. It’s a night and day difference since the service and my old house smells brand new. Both techs were extremely kind and knowledgeable. They show pictures of whatever issue you have and made it easy for me to understand..I have nothing but good things to say about these gents and their company. 6 star review ! Due to some manufacturing issues the part we needed took some time to arrive, but David and his team went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Ben and Eric were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They installed new flooring under the inside unit, ran all new drain lines and installed new digital thermostat.
