“Please read review to fully understand quality of AAA Services: In October, Cooling went out. Contacted Hansen to try rectify the issue. Not only did they charge me a $25 fee to come out, but also $350 to conduct a leak test. I have been hoodwinked before, but we were desperate as we were having a party that night. Needless to say, Hansen informed me that the Thermal Control Valve and Evaporative cooler were defective and there was no way to fix because of a large leak....$4500!!! I of course i did not oblige to the service. Later we were recommended AAA. Immediately Dave came out to assess, hooked up his leak detector for $75 and could not find a significant leak and recommend to pump a sealer/leak dye in system. Was very up front and honest and did not try to swindle our family. These guys are professionals and actually explain the process. He could not guarantee the sealant would work, but informed me there is quite a success rate in fixing many of these issues. $350 later I have cool air. Glad I didnt spend $4500. Please call Triple AAA. They do not B.S. you, rather provide honest and on-time service.“

“I am taking time out on a Saturday (my precious weekend) to leave this review. I am doing this because they deserve every single bit of praise! Bama Breeze was recommended to me by friends. This was important to me, as we had a BIG project and needed trustworthy folks to work with. We got 3 quotes and Bama Breeze was the best overall quote. Wesley (the owner) broke down the quote for me and let me know where all of our money was going. There were other companies who refused to break down the cost! Wesley responded quickly and answered all our questions. We determined we were going to need a new heat pump, duct work, new platform for outside unit, and would have to have the attic insulation removed and replaced. We had determined this before meeting with Wesley. We had major issues with moisture in the attic. Wesley did not try to get us to do all of that. This was in the heat of summer, so we had to wait until the fall/winter so the workers could work in the attic. Hot temps in the attic are deadly to workers! A few months passed by, and Wesley actually followed up with me to see when we would like to get started. He recommended someone for the insulation (they were great too). We got that portion of the project done and then Bama Breeze arrived to do their magic. This was a big project folks! They went in our attic and removed ALL of the old heat pump equipment, drip pan, and duct work. They also rebuilt my outside platform. Each day they would leave their work area as if they had never been there (super clean & super appreciated). The work crew was personable, mannerly, and worked like a well-oiled machine! We couldn't be happier and HIGHLY recommend Bama Breeze. We will be using them for our maintenance going forward. “This company is stellar!!! We have used this company before and were very pleased . This time, e had a major A/C issues with our 6 y.o home and they came to the rescue in record time in the middle of July. They handled all the warranty issues on a faulty coil and although we had a little bit of communication glitch occur, they made everything right above and beyond. The service man who came was courteous, knowledgeable and conscientious and everyone we talked to in the process was kind and professional.
