Anthony with Baldwin Heating and Air responded to my service request promptly and assured me he could remedy the problem. He replaced the circuit board for my 22kw Generac generator that had been damaged during a severe lightening storm. The generator stayed on so that I continued to have power to my home. Once Anthony replaced the board, power was restored and the generator went back to stand-by mode. Kudos to the Baldwin Heating and Air after-hours answering service, office personnel and Anthony for working together to give me the reliable service I have become used to as a customer.And, there was no charge as it was covered by my maintence contract.

Advised against spending money on such an old R22 system. Since I could afford it, went ahead and upgraded to a new system. I let the guys do the swap. They were professional and efficient. I signed up for continued service and maintenance contract.
