My heat pump was making a loud thud when it was kicking on and off. Called Cape Cool and they were here in less than an hour, had the repair done within an hour. Their employee was fast and thorough. I'm completely satisfied.

The gentleman that came to my aid today was wonderful, prepared, knowledgeable and kind to an old lady who is technically challenged! He replaced my thermostat and walked me through the instructions of how it works! I am beyond pleased with the service I received today.
