This company is stellar!!! We have used this company before and were very pleased . This time, e had a major A/C issues with our 6 y.o home and they came to the rescue in record time in the middle of July. They handled all the warranty issues on a faulty coil and although we had a little bit of communication glitch occur, they made everything right above and beyond. The service man who came was courteous, knowledgeable and conscientious and everyone we talked to in the process was kind and professional. Our a/c stopped working and we thought we needed a whole new a/c unit. Ward was at our home within an hour of my calling and found that it only needed a quick and easy part replacement for $175. If and when we ever have a/c needs again, Sweat Cool will be the one we call! Ward is honest and personable. His wife took my call and she is also informed and helpful.
