There is nothing worse than when your AC goes out… especially when you live in Flor!!I was given information by a friend to call Air & Energy of NWFL. From the moment I called them, I received nothing but the best customer service from everyone. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient and arrived ON TIME. My experience with this company has been by far the best!! I am a customer for life! ?

Excellent customer service. We had our unit serviced and ordered filters which they delivered for me. We had an estimate done on cleaning our ducts but rather then try to sell us a service we did not need, he showed us why we did not need it and educated us on our concern. We will be calling Air & Energy of NWFL next time we have a need. Highly recommend!Services: A/C system maintenance

Called these guys out, because I thought my system might need maintenance and we might be due for a duct cleaning. Shane came out on time and was friendly, courteous and professional. He inspected my system fully and informed me that it is in great condition and doesn't need any work at all! So basically he just came out for free and isn't getting anything out of it.I'll gladly call these guys next time. They were so quick to schedule, and it's amazing that there are still honest people in the world. I know they'll only recommend work if I actually need it, so I can trust them with my questions and inquiries.Services: HVAC system repair
