“After receiving a quote from another company that I thought was unreasonable, I got a second opinion from Hugh's. The first company was going to charge me for 12lbs of coolant after the repair. Adam R. came out to the house and verified the problem. The quote from Hugh's was less than half of the first quote and said I should only need 1-2lbs of coolant max. After the repair work was done and operational checks performed, it turns out I didn't need any coolant at all, and that charge was removed from the quote. The honesty from Adam and the crew at Hugh's saved me roughly $1,100. These guys have definitely earned my repeat business should anything need to be done in the future!“

“They were very prompt in coming over and checking my heating system. The gentleman was clean and very thoughtful. He put things back as they were when he came in. He went outside and checked the outside unit and when he came in, he was polite and wiped his feet. The one thing I always ask service people to do is to notify me when they come into the subdivision because I have two large dogs that must be put up. He called me. He even left a voicemail because I didn’t pick up. I have always trusted this company with my heating and air needs.“

“They were amazing and great price. Came out and did a completely free estimate to have our air ducts replaced because they were sweating so much it was leaking through the ceiling. They came in and took out the old air ducts and put the new ones in :) they even hung them up vs just laying them across like the old ones were. They used drop cloths and vacuumed everything up when done. Will definitely be the first person I call for anything heating/air related.“
