I have spent the last year with One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating trying to fix an issue with my air conditioning unit. There have been at least 20 work orders, and approx. 7 different technicians in my home , each one with a different "solution" to my issue and not ONE OF THEM actually working. This has been a very frustrating situation, I am a widow and have a fixed income. I have complied with each recommendation with the exception of the last and final straw.. ALL NEW DUCT WORK. for $6,000.00 . I finally went for a second opinion, and I am glad i did!
