Great company to work with. They call when you are scheduled for service. I got an appointment the same day they called. Technicians are prompt, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend them!
Technician Blake was superb. He was on time, thorough with lots of explanations of system functionality and answered all my questions clearly. He helped me get the thermostat app on my phone and made sure it was working. When there was a change to the proper download, he messaged the rest of the team so they would give out more correct info to customers. That kind of communication shows diligence and dedication to great customer service. Thank you!
We’ve had a continuing connection with Florida AC and Heating since 2016 when they installed our new Heat Pump/AC system, and are more than pleased with the product, their personnel and their service. They respond immediately whenever we have contacted them. I also believe their pricing is reasonable. Their technician, Kenneth Foxworth, Jr., responded Monday to take care of an issue with a part that needed replacement. He is personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Overall, I am more than pleased with this company, and their continuing reliability. And when the time comes for a new system, I will be contacting them.
