We bought a house with the notion that the air conditioner was working perfectly, come to find out it hadn't worked properly in a good while. Brandon, the owner came to us personally and after a thorough rundown of our options, he worked with the seller of the property, the real estate company that handled the sale, and us as well to get us what we needed to have a cool house again.
