They were very prompt in coming over and checking my heating system. The gentleman was clean and very thoughtful. He put things back as they were when he came in. He went outside and checked the outside unit and when he came in, he was polite and wiped his feet. The one thing I always ask service people to do is to notify me when they come into the subdivision because I have two large dogs that must be put up. He called me. He even left a voicemail because I didn’t pick up. I have always trusted this company with my heating and air needs.

Got a new hvac system. Steve was great! Alex was great! Had several hvac companies out and only had a good vibe with Walmer. Peaden and Lee made me feel uncomfortable with what they were pitching; High pitch sales and con man like tactics.. I’d suggest calling around and don’t make a decision until you have 5 bids. The installers were good. One of them was kinda goofy. He didn’t want to remove a screw and told me that I needed too. Seemed confused a lot. Told me different pricing than what Steve pitched.
