They digested that information and then paired me with my main man Dalton. Couldn’t have been a better fit. We work hard but it’s low key in terms of vibe. Everyone is kind, remembers names, encourages, and are extremely hospitable (the coffee is elite).As someone who is very overweight, I went in nervous and after about 5 minutes felt at home. No judgements just data and hard work. They want the best for my future while also treating current me with incredible kindness and patience. I can’t say enough good things about this spot.The physical space is amazing. Huge space. Extremely clean. Garage doors to open for when it’s nice.I can honestly say I’ve never been to a gym like this with people like this. It’s obvious they put incredible thought into hiring and logistical decisions. After just 4 visits, my hip /knee pain from scoliosis (and an old injury) subsided. Skylar is thorough and prescribed exercises (with helpful videos) for me to do at home. She is knowledgable about scoliosis and knows exactly what to say so that I can access muscles that need to wake up from my scoliosis. I’m so happy I’ve find Skylar. Although I am not in pain anymore, she’ll be a good resource for me and my family.“

“I stumbled upon this gym after looking up fitness centers near my workplace. This place is different in the best way. It has made a difference in my life so far. I feel physically stronger and mentally stronger. My balance and mobility have even improved. I often learn new ways to care for myself here. I am really enjoying the workshops they host as well. I’ve attended a mobility and injury prevention workshop, hikes with the gym group, and running club on the weekend. It has lead me to believe that being active can be fun again.
My trainer, Kylie, has been patient and kind, but she challenges me as well. She never shames me for what I struggle with, which is different than other trainers I’ve had. I’ve had a few injuries when I was younger (car accident, skateboarding, snowboarding, running). Kylie makes sure to ask if I am experiencing any joint pain, and we also rate how difficult a lifting exercise is as well. Kylie also suggests new ways to stretch and strengthen target areas where I have become weak. Sam, another trainer at the gym, helps pace the run club on jogs and I really enjoy his enthusiasm and positivity. I’m so grateful to have found this place.“

“I had a great experience with Shanon during the pandemic. As our gyms were closed, I really needed a highly customized nutrition + fitness program using my at home equipment. Shanon was very accessible to ask questions and texts during the week. I traveled and spent some time in a hotel gym, had to modify my workout at elevation, and had some PT issues with my knee. Shanon was very quick to answer texts to help me accommodate my workout. He has a great way to help you even if you can't get in for personal training by having you take videos and he can give feedback with audio and drawing lines to show better form. This was really key to online training especially when lifting heavy. I am one to have done a ton of different workout styles and have worked with several trainers so I was hesitant to pay for some vanilla type of training but I learned a ton with Shanon that's useful for ongoing maintenance.“
